WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Choose the right
size is really important for you and us. In order to heighten, the insoles of GGDB are thick, the
thickest place is 3cm, more than 1 inch. If ever wore the shoes in 2 sizes,
choose the bigger one. For example, you could wear size US7 and US8, take the
US8. If always wore the shoes in one size, still choose the bigger size.
Remind
again,choose the fit size!If you choose the size small for your feet, we are not responsible. Thanks for your cooperation.
WHAT COMPANY WE SHIPPED THE ITEM BY?
We usually ship the item by DHL,ARAMEX,and National postal(like:USPS,canadapost,royal mail,EMS),the shipping will take about 5-15 days.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE
SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date payment for your
order is received. Sometimes the shoes are in replenishment or need to be
customized,will
increase the time. To expedite the processing time, it’s a good idea to have
your order shipped to the same address as the billing address of the card used
for the purchase. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has
been shipped.

NEED TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER.
We will try our best to accomodate your request, but please be aware that if
your order has been processed already, we might not be able to cancel your
order. If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, please submit an
urgent request. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, please submit
a request, chat with us online. Once the package is in transit, we have no power to stop it and could not cancel the order.Until you refuse the package or return it, we will give you a partial refund(Need to deduct shipping and handling fees by bank).
HOW
DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been
shipped. You may also log in to your account to get the tracking number.

NOT HAPPY WITH,HOW CAN I RETURN IT?
Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
The product does not look like the ones in your picture.
The product is not what I'd imagine it to be.
I am not satisfied with this product.
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the
purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the
products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive
the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees we sent to you before, we will also deduct
a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount(its deducted
by the bank) and give you a partial refund.

Problems
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you
choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced
under the following condition. First, please let us know,then you need to send back to us the products in
original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not
been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we
will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.
Quality
Problems
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with
quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can
be returned and replaced. First, please let us know, then you need to send back to us the products in original
package (you will pay the shipping fees first). When we receive the products sent
back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you
again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that you ship to us back and we ship to
you again. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement
on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent
external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor
returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or
avoidable damage.).
HOW
LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
We process all returns within 1 to 2 weeks from the date we receive your
return. On average, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks from the date you mail your
return before the refund is posted in your account.
